Separating Together

Separating Together is a collaborative divorce practice group whose member
attorneys restrict their law practices to handling family matters, such as
separation and divorce, through non-adversarial, transformative
conflict resolution and settlement negotiation.

Adrian Davis

Adrian J. Davis is a family law attorney with a passion for collaborative divorce. As a child going through an extremely litigious divorce, she believes that the collaborative process is the ideal choice for any family going through the difficult process of separating. Prior to joining the Carolina Collaborative Law Group, Adrian was employed by one of the largest family law firms on the East Coast. There she restricted her practice to family law and gained valuable mediation and negotiation experience. With undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she has been practicing law since 1999. She is an active member of the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association and volunteers her time on Fridays for the Carolina Dispute Settlement Services’ File It Yourself Clinic.
